The US Senate has passed a bill allowing permanent Daylight Saving Time (DST) in all US states.

Florida’s Senator Marco Rubio has reintroduced the bill to make Daylight Saving Time (DST) permanent in Congress.

The Sunshine Protection Act of 2023 proposes that after springing forward one hour on March 12, the clocks will not be set back in November but remain permanently on DST. Learn more
